Bengal style Potato Curry


Peel the potatoes and cut into 2cm wedges, and boil under just tender.

Drain and allow to sit in the pot with the lid on for 10 minutes.

Add the curry paste to a non stick frypan, and heat over a medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add the potatoes and stir to coat, cook for 10 minutes over a low heat.

Serve with rice and condiments, or with BBQ steak!
